Services- What do we provide?

Educational Resources for Success LLC is a private advocacy as well as testing site. We are an independent consulting firm, specializing in the diagnosis, remediation of learning problems in both children and adults. Our goal is to provide parents, adults and children with the best advice, advocacy and resources to make a lifetime difference.

Our advocates fight for your child’s right to be afforded entitled special education services. We have successfully represented parents from Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Marlton, Medford, Voorhees, Haddonfield, Mullica Hill and Berlin. Sometimes it just means that we will attend IEP meetings and make sure children are well represented. Other times it means that we help parents advocate for their children behind the scenes. Often it may mean that there is a consultative visit and parents just want to know what all of the paperwork means they have been given.

Since we are a team of specialists, we can also be called in to provide second opinions for parents when there is a need to have additional information. After a single consultation, it may be that the school districts will be liable for the expenses of additional testing.

School districts do usually try to provide services to children. It is often a tight balance between cost and ability. As taxpayers, everyone wants fiscal responsibility but when it comes to school districts, frugality often is at a price. School districts sometimes (not always) cut down on services. Team members are often overloaded. Typically case managers try to do a good job but sometimes there are not enough minutes in a day. Something could end up being left out…often not deliberately. Just because time is of the essence. If you want to make sure your child is getting the right services or the IEP is being written correctly, we can help.

  • If you want to know what your rights are under the law in layman’s terms, we can help.
  • If you need someone to go with you into meetings, we can help.
  • Knowledgeable school districts and team members often welcome the help of our advocates.
